Intentional Loving: Ten Steps To Create Joy, Harmony And Intimacy In Your Relationships
Scripture calls us to" be rooted and established in love... and to know the love that surpasses all
knowledge² (Ephesians 3:17-18). It is one thing to read this command in scripture and another to
make it happen in our lives. Married or single, we are bombarded by work schedules, parenting
duties, financial concerns and innumerable other mundane stressors. We are often so busy surviving
that we don¹t have time to nurture our relationships, let alone ourselves. By learning to live and
love intentionally, we can renew ourselves and create the positive, loving, vibrant relationships
that most of us long for.
This workshop provides a ten step, attachment based model for renewing relationships through mindful self-awareness and skill development in the areas of emotional regulation, need identification, communication and negotiation, boundary setting and understanding and empathizing with the emotional subtext of communication. Come with an open mind and leave with insights and useful strategies to help you reconnect and find the joy and relationship harmony you seek.
